If you have a high speed blender then make this smoothy which is protein  and antioxidant rich smoothy, Kewra Water, pinch of black pepper and salt adds a punjabi touch to it.

  1. 6  Strawberries
  2. 1 tablespoon Blueberries
  3. 1 tablespoon Blackberries
  4. 1 tablespoon Raspberries
  5. 50 grams of almonds (blanch them if possible otherwise use them with the skin)
  6. 1 tablespoon Honey
  7.  1 teaspoon sugar ( only for decorating)
  8. 1 teaspoon olive oil (only for decorating)
  9.  few drops of  Rose water or Kewra Water
  10. One pinch of Black Pepper
  11. One pinch of salt
  12. Ice cubes

  1. Ensure that you have a high speed blender otherwise the smoothy will not be that smooth. (the normal blenders will not do the job).
  2. Wash the berries.
  3. Add them to the blender jar
  4. Add the honey
  5. Add the salt and the pepper
  6. Add the Rosewater or Kewrawater
  7. Add almonds
  8. Add 1 cup of water.
  9. Blend it on slow speed first and then on high speed.( Add some water if the mixture looks too thick to move)
  10. Add more water to achieve the consistency you like and blend it until the mixture has turned into a smoothy. ( Remember you have almonds in it so you really want to blend it completely)

  1. Take a glass
  2. Dip you finger in the olive oil and just rub your finger on the rim of the glass.
  3. Now put some sugar in a flat plate and put the rim of the glass on the sugar, you would have the sugar stuck to the rim.
  4. Now add some ice cubes in the glass
  5. Pour your smoothy in the glass and serve.
