- 1 Tablespoon of honey
- 1 cup Milk or Water
- Few Drops of Kewra Water or Rose Water
- 1 pinch of Green Cardamom Powder
- 2 Tablespoon of Almonds (optional )
You would need a high speed blender to get a perfect recipes, otherwise you will end up with small pieces of fruits and almonds in the smoothie.
- Add pieces of apples and pears into a blender
- Pour desired quantity of milk or water into the blender
- Add a few drops of Kewra water or Rose water into the mixture
- For taste add 1 teaspoon of honey and some almonds
- Drop a pinch of Green Cardamon Powder
- Start blending the mixture
- Best served cold
