Ever wondered how to incorporate more fruit into your diet? This Apple and Pear smoothie is easy to make as well as incredibly healthy as it is a great source of energy, enzymes and nutrients.


  • Apples
  • Pears
  • 1 Tablespoon of honey
  • 1 cup Milk or Water
  • Few Drops of Kewra Water or Rose Water
  • 1 pinch of Green Cardamom Powder
  • 2 Tablespoon of  Almonds (optional )



You would need a high speed blender to get a perfect recipes, otherwise you will end up with small pieces of fruits and almonds in the smoothie.

  • Add pieces of apples and pears into a blender
  • Pour desired quantity of milk or water into the blender
  • Add a few drops of Kewra water or Rose water into the mixture
  • For taste add 1 teaspoon of honey and some almonds
  • Drop a pinch of Green Cardamon Powder
  • Start blending the mixture
  • Best served cold
