Besan Ladoo

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups Besan (Gram Flour)
  2. 1 cup Desi Ghee (Pure Ghee )
  3. 2 cups sugar
  4. 1 tsp Powdered Cardamom
  5. 2 tspn Crushed Almonds

Preparation

 

  1. Take a non stick pan and put it on low heat.
  2. Put the Besan flour and Ghee or Oil and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously till the colour changes slightly. Be careful as it will burn if not stirred continuosly.
  3. Take off the heat and let it cool a bit for 5 minutes.
  4. Now add the cardamom powder and Sugar.
  5. Mix well
  6. Now shape this mixtures into pinpong sized balls.( a bit smaller will do)
  7. It can be kept in fridge in an airtight container.
