Besan Ladoo
Ingredients
- 4 cups Besan (Gram Flour)
- 1 cup Desi Ghee (Pure Ghee )
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 tsp Powdered Cardamom
- 2 tspn Crushed Almonds
Preparation
- Take a non stick pan and put it on low heat.
- Put the Besan flour and Ghee or Oil and fry it on a low flame stirring continuously till the colour changes slightly. Be careful as it will burn if not stirred continuosly.
- Take off the heat and let it cool a bit for 5 minutes.
- Now add the cardamom powder and Sugar.
- Mix well
- Now shape this mixtures into pinpong sized balls.( a bit smaller will do)
- It can be kept in fridge in an airtight container.
