This season make this Watermelon smoothie with the goodness of Apples and Pears.
- Water Melon – 100 grams
- Apple cut – 50 grams
- Pear cut – 50 grams
- Ice cubes
- Use a high speed blender
- Add Watermelon, Apples and Pears into the blender.
- Blend well.
- As Water Melon has lots of water content, you might have to little water to adjust the consistency.
- Add the crushed ice in the blender.
- Serve immediately, as the enzymes and the nutrients are best absorbed when taken fresh.
