This season make this Watermelon smoothie with the goodness of Apples and Pears.



  1. Water Melon  – 100 grams
  2. Apple cut – 50 grams
  3. Pear cut – 50 grams
  4. Ice cubes


  1. Use a high speed blender
  2. Add Watermelon, Apples and Pears into the blender.
  3. Blend well.
  4. As Water Melon has lots of water content, you might have to little water to adjust the consistency.
  5. Add the crushed ice in the blender.
  6. Serve immediately, as the enzymes and the nutrients are best absorbed when taken fresh.
