This delicious berry smoothie is simple to make and is full of healthy antioxidants. Submitted by Simran

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen/ Fresh Berries of choice
  • 1/2 cup Plain or flavoured yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk or Water
  • Few Drops of Kewra Water or Rose Water
  • 1 pinch of Green Cardamom Powder
  • Crushed Ice

 

Preparation

  • Add frozen or fresh berries into blender.
  • Pour the yoghurt in the blender.
  • Blend Well
  • Now add the Milk  or Water, Green Cardamom Powder and Kewra or Rose Water
  •  Blend well.
  • Keeping in mind the consistency that you desire  add extra milk or water as needed to fix the consistency.
