Many restaurants will serve Chicken Tikka with this yoghurt based dip. It has a nice light green colour and great smooth creamy texture. It is not so hot.
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh coriander leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. mango powder
- salt to taste
- 1 & 1/2 cup plain yogurt, beaten
Preparation
- Put all the ingredients in the mixer including the Yoghurt
- Blend to a fine paste.
Enjoy with any snacks
