Kaddu Ka Halwa Pumpkin Halwa

Ingredients

  1. Grated Pumpkin 2 Cups
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Green Cardamom (Choti Elaiyichi) Powder 1/4 teaspoons
  5. Almonds 10 ( cut in small pieces)
  6. Cashews 10 ( cut in small pieces)
  7. Pistachios 10 ( cut in small pieces)
  8. Ghee 1/4 cup (or Cooking Oil)

Preparation

  1. Take a heavy bottomed non stick pan and put it on medium heat.
  2. Add Ghee or Oil ad then add the grated pumpkin
  3. Stir continuously.
  4. Stir well till the pumpkin is partially cooked.
  5. Now add the milk and cook till the pumpkin is tender.
  6. Stir till the ghee start seperating from the pumpkin mixture.
  7. Add Sugar and stir on low flame.
  8. Remove from heat and add the dry fruits.

Serve hot
