Kaddu Ka Halwa Pumpkin Halwa
Ingredients
- Grated Pumpkin 2 Cups
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Green Cardamom (Choti Elaiyichi) Powder 1/4 teaspoons
- Almonds 10 ( cut in small pieces)
- Cashews 10 ( cut in small pieces)
- Pistachios 10 ( cut in small pieces)
- Ghee 1/4 cup (or Cooking Oil)
Preparation
- Take a heavy bottomed non stick pan and put it on medium heat.
- Add Ghee or Oil ad then add the grated pumpkin
- Stir continuously.
- Stir well till the pumpkin is partially cooked.
- Now add the milk and cook till the pumpkin is tender.
- Stir till the ghee start seperating from the pumpkin mixture.
- Add Sugar and stir on low flame.
- Remove from heat and add the dry fruits.
Serve hot
