Kachi Lassi is very useful in summers as it has cooling effects.
Ingredients
- Â 4 tablespoons rose syrup (any brand, I prefer roohafza easily available in Asian grocery stores)
- 1 glass chilled water
- 2 tablespoons milk
Preparation
- Pour the rose syrup in a glass.
- Add chilled water, leaving enough space to add milk.
- Add milk; stir well.
- You can add ice too.

When eating mangoes in summers it is always recommended to have a glass of Kachi Lassi at the end as it sooths the throat and avoids any irritation of throat after having eaten mangoes.
