Kachi Lassi is very useful in summers as it has cooling effects.

Ingredients

  1.  4 tablespoons rose syrup (any brand, I prefer roohafza easily available in Asian grocery stores)
  2. 1 glass chilled water
  3. 2 tablespoons milk

 

Preparation

  1. Pour the rose syrup in a glass.
  2. Add chilled water, leaving enough space to add milk.
  3. Add milk; stir well.
  4. You can add ice too.

Kachi Lassi is very useful in summers as it has cooling effects.
When eating mangoes in summers it is always recommended to have a glass of Kachi Lassi at the end as it sooths the throat and avoids any irritation of throat after having eaten mangoes.
