Almond Chutney

Ingredients
- Almonds 1 cup
- Green Chillies 4 Nos
- Garlic 3 Flakes
- Ginger 1 inch piece
- Green Dhania 1/2 cup
- Tamarind A marble size
- Salt to taste
Preparation
- Blanch the Almonds and mix with all the Ingredients.
- Put them in a Mixie and grind to a fine paste as done for other chutneys.
- Mix in salt as required.
- Can be served with meals.
