Almond Chutney

  1. Almonds 1 cup
  2. Green Chillies 4 Nos
  3. Garlic 3 Flakes
  4. Ginger 1 inch piece
  5. Green Dhania 1/2 cup
  6. Tamarind A marble size
  7. Salt to taste


  1. Blanch the Almonds and mix with all the Ingredients.
  2. Put them in a Mixie and grind to a fine paste as done for other chutneys.
  3. Mix in salt as required.
  4. Can be served with meals.
