Gulab Jamun made from Bread

Ingredients
- Bread 1 pkt
- Milk 1/2 glass
- Ellichi powder 2 pinch
- Suji 2 tsp
For Sugar Syrup
- Sugar 500 gms
- Water 550 gms
- 3 to 4 Saffron leaves
- Ghee or Oil to fry
Preparation
- First cut all the side of the Bread. now slowly crush all the bread pieces. in a mixer.
- Take a bowl and make a smooth dough of bread crumbs with the help of milk.
- Add suji in it.
- Mash the dough until it is smooth & creamy.
- Add Ellaichi powder & make small balls of bread dough.
- Apply little Ghee on your palms.
- When all the balls are done deep fry them in Ghee/Oil
For sugar syrup
- Add sugar in a given qty of water and boil it till sugar melts
- Add 2 or 3 tsp of milk in a syrup to clean it.
- Simmer the flame & let it boil for 4 to 5 mins.
- Add saffron leaves in the syrup it will give nice flavour to your Gulab Jamuns
- Add your bread Gulab Jamuns into the sugar syrup
- Leave them in it for about 30 to 45 mins so that the syrup reaches in it properly.
Serve it with garnish of your choice. Like chopped almonds, green pistachios
